About our pet accessories
Reina & Puffy is a small online pet shop run from Spain. We stock automatic pet feeders for cats and dogs on a schedule, lownoise grooming vacuums and deshedding brushes for coats that moult, and puzzle toys that keep an indoor cat busy. Every itemis picked because it solves one specific problem at home — the 6 a.m. feeding, the hair on the sofa, the dog that gets bored alone.
We don't carry food, supplements or shampoos. We stick to the hardware, so we can answer real questions about it: how loud a
clipper actually runs, how many portions a 4.5L feeder holds, whether a brush works on a double coat.

I'm Pet owner, and I live in Spain with Reina and Puffy. I started this shop after getting tired of buying pet gear that fell apart in a fortnight.Everything here has been through our flat first. If it doesn't convince the two of them, it doesn't make the catalogue.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave us within one working day. In mainland Spain, free shipping arrives in 5–7 working days and express in 3–5. Across the EU it's 5–8 working days, and 5–8 for the countries we ship to outside it. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla take longer because parcels clear customs — usually 7–12 working days. Every order ships with tracking, and the exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Are automatic feeders safe to leave with a cat?
Yes, for dry food and short trips. Two things make the difference. Run the feeder for two or three days while you're still at home, so you can watch it dispense before you rely on it — that's also when you'll find out whether your kibble flows cleanly, since pieces that are too large or oddly shaped can bridge over the outlet. And keep the backup batteries in, so a power cut doesn't skip a meal.
Honestly though: a feeder covers meals, not everything else. We wouldn't leave a cat alone for more than two nights on a feeder alone — have someone look in.
Is the grooming vacuum loud enough to scare my dog?
It runs at a maximum of 69 dBA. Most household vacuums sit closer to 75–80, so it's noticeably quieter, but it isn't silent and no dog is thrilled by it on day one.
Three speeds let you start gentle and turn it up once they've stopped caring. Give it a week: let them investigate it switched off, then run it in the same room without touching them, then short sessions along the back. Rushing that is the main reason people give up on grooming vacuums.
Can I return it if my dog doesn't like it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery — longer than the law requires, because two weeks isn't enough to know whether an animal will take to something.
The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, with the accessories included. Email us at info@reinaypuffy.com with your order number and we'll send the return address. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong — in those cases we cover it.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes. We ship to every country in the European Union and to fourteen countries beyond it, with the cost shown at checkout for your address.
Orders going outside the EU customs area — including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla — pass through customs, which takes longer and may attract import duties or VAT on arrival. Those charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and are paid by the recipient.
