The story of ReinayPuffy began with a simple vision: to create garments that combine exceptional comfort with timeless style. Every piece we design reflects our commitment to quality and detail, because we know you deserve the best.
Everything here had to be good enough for these two
Reina and Puffy are American Staffordshire Terriers, both four years old, and about as different as two dogs of the same breed can be. Reina is the clever one — the one who works out how a catch opens, then stands back and lets the other take the blame. Puffy has never once walked past a toy without picking it up.
This shop exists because of a problem that took years to become properly annoying: we could never find the best thing for them. Not an adequate thing — the internet is full of adequate. Cheap, fine, forgettable. We wanted the brush that actually clears the coat instead of moving it around, the feeder that doesn't jam on the third day, the toy that lasts more than a weekend.
So we stopped buying things that don't work, and started keeping a list of the ones that do. The shop is that list.
None of it went online on trust. Every product on this site was bought with our own money and used at home before it got a product page. Reina and Puffy had it first. The ones that disappointed us never made it onto the site at all — which is why the catalogue is short, and why it's going to stay that way.
What we sell, and what we don't
Hardware. Grooming tools, feeders and fountains, toys. Things you can actually judge: how loud it runs, whether the plastic feels like it will last, whether two strong dogs can take it apart in an afternoon.
We also try to describe things accurately even when accuracy costs us the sale. If a tag works over Bluetooth, we call it Bluetooth — not a tracker. If a grooming tool needs a week of patience before your dog will tolerate the noise, we say so on the page. Someone who knows what's coming doesn't send it back.
Spanish law gives you fourteen. We doubled it, because two weeks isn't long enough to know whether an animal will take to something. If it isn't right, write to info@reinaypuffy.com and we'll sort it out.

Every product is ordered with our own money, at full price, like anyone else. No free samples, no arrangements.
Reina and Puffy get it first
It lives in our flat before it gets a product page. Toys get the hardest test available in this house.
Most things don't make it
If it jams, breaks, or turns out to be loud enough to frighten a dog, it doesn't go on the site. That's why the catalogue is short.
We describe it honestly
Including the parts that cost us the sale. A Bluetooth tag gets called a Bluetooth tag, not a tracker.
